Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Goods

Namoza provides digital goods in the form of generated marketing images and templates. Due to the nature of digital products, once an image has been generated and downloaded, it cannot be returned. Therefore, refunds are generally not available for downloaded images.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
  • Previously generated images will remain accessible in your account.
  • Unused credits for the current billing period will expire and are non-transferable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
  • Service Unavailability: If the Service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period.
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If a payment was made without your authorization (subject to verification).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@namoza.in with your account details and reason for the refund request.
  • Or contact us on WhatsApp at +91 99119 17450.
  • Include your transaction ID or payment receipt.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction via Razorpay. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan does not involve any payment. If you are on the Free plan, no refund applies. You may upgrade to a paid plan or continue using the Free plan at any time.
